Consulting Bundaberg Foundry has a team of sugar industry consultants who can improve the efficiency of your plant. Through the network of Bundaberg Sugar Ltd we can provide consultants with over 30 years individual experience in manufacturing sugar. Bundaberg Foundry offers services from a complete technical evaluation of the whole plant down to simply designing or improving individual stations. Our engineers will identify and prioritise improvement areas in your factory that enable management to gain the best return on investment. 
The consultants evaluate the plant and the subsequent report will indicate to management the correct and timely utilisation of limited capital funds, taking into account the existing market and economic conditions. This will be compiled to a plan over a suitable time frame that will assist your company to plot its strategic direction. The report may of course defer capital expenditure and if this is the case, our consultants will offer an alternative strategy that still maximises installed efficiencies.
