• Machining • Fabrication • Moulding and Casting		Bundaberg Foundry Capabilities Fabrication Bundaberg Foundry specialises in heavy welding and fabrication. We have the necessary equipment for the production of all types of heavy fabricated products such as, Heat Exchangers, Boiler Drums, Sugar Milling Equipment and Earthmoving Gear. Bundaberg Foundry can manufacture all pressure vessels currently used in the sugar industry. Our tradespeople are experienced with a wide range of fabrications and are certified for pressure welding to Australian and International Standards, (eg. AS1210, AS4041, AS4100 & AS1228). Bundaberg Foundry has a 500 tonne press, plate rollers and a CNC controlled profile cutter, which enable us to perform almost all work in house to ensure quality and performance. We also offer both thermal and vibratory stress relieving to achieve dimensional accuracy and stability.
