The old shafts are tested for defects using NDT Procedures and if necessary repaired with the latest welding techniques. The shells are cast in our foundry and then fitted and grooved in our machine shop. We believe our roller shell material is unsurpassed in the world market. The bearings are moulded and cast in our foundry and then machined in our well equipped machine shop. All water-cooled bearings are pressure tested to ensure the bearing does not leak once in service. Contact Bundaberg Foundry for more details.
